10 Tips for Traveling with a Baby to Walt Disney World


  1. Pack crib sheets or blankets that smell like "home" for comfort.

  2. Invest in a lightweight travel stroller that you can fold up quickly and easily.

  3. Buy the extra seat on the airplane I promise it is worth it especially once they are mobile!

  4. Pack Snacks! Snacks for the plane, Snacks for the bus, Snacks for the park!

  5. Ask the hotel for a "crib" instead of a play yard, I found they are much more comfortable and stable.

  6. Stroller fans, Cooling towels, and rain covers are a must the weather can be unpredictable!

  7. Bring a "busy mat" for eating out at restaurants will keep baby entertained so you can eat!

  8. When dining at quick service locations always order the "kids" meals they come with free milk, fruit, and dessert!

  9. Bring a sound machine. We use a travel one for in the room and on the go naps.

  10. Utilize the baby care centers! They are in all 4 parks and have cool dark rooms to nurse and feed baby as well as any supplies you may need.

happy baby = better vacation for all!
